EXISTING PROBLEMS AND DESIGN SOLUTIONS
Research Level
The target audience and personas weren't sufficiently focused on users' pain points, resulting in an unsatisfactory response from the product.
Research Achievements
Conducted research using the double diamond technique. Interviews and thematic coding were carried out to gain a clearer understanding of the solution Darrow needs to provide.
Unadapted Layout
The UX wasn't tailored for both user personas; one partner and one class action lawyer. They shared the same platform which was not convenient for each.
Double Interface Created
A dual platform has been created for partners and lawyers, each with the ability to collaborate between the two.
Lack of Infographics
The information provided was generally disorganized. The user flow wasn't clear, making it difficult to navigate through the site map.
Hierarchy Optimization
Reorganizing key information, creating additional pages to complement existing ones, and adding informational sections based on users' needs.
